Phobias are very powerful fears or discomforts. every person has a phobia even the toughest people in the world. Obsessive compulsive disorder is distress, impulses, or images that are repeated.

 Fear of darkness  Fear of chickens  Fear of garlic  Fear of men  Fear of women  Fear of fire

 Some people start to have nightmares about it and they cant get to sleep at night.  When ever I am alone at home I am freaked out about being robbed and I cant do any thing to stop it.

 Having a close life threatening experiences and then they are afraid of it forever until they face there fears.

 Therapy can help you concur your fear or phobias.  You can also talk to your friends about it or you can face your fear head on unless its physical phobias.
