2 Anxiety : feeling of uneasiness & helplessness State of tension
Result of perceived threat to ones self Types of anxiety : signal anxiety : For example calm student nauseated during examination anxiety state ;loss of control e.g. Emergency accident ,trauma anxiety trait : part of personality eg. Adolescent give rational for his behavior even not asked

muscle tension fidgeting headache problem with sleep nausea dizziness sweaty increase heart rate increase blood pressure N.B: using of defense mechanism to decrease discomfort

1- physical ; face the problem Physical exercise ( anaerobic ) Flight from place Running away Yoga exercise 2- intellectual : Smiling ,meditation 3- spiritual : religious as praying 4- emotional crying
