The cereal flakes of TM «Herkules» – the taste known from the childhood! Cereals of TM «Herkules» The food and the biological value of the cereals in the human’s nutrition depends on the place of its vegetation, the chemical structure and the traitof its technological processing. The cereal flakes of TM «Herkules» are being produced of the best kinds of domestic grains at the Buhler’s equipment that enables to keep the useful grain properties and guarantee the amazing taste of the dishes cooked; no preservatives, aroma flavors and the colorants are used.

The oat cereals are rich for the vegetable protein which consists of almost all the necessary amino acids, carbohydrates, mineral salts (potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium) and trace elements (iron, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, fluorine, iodine). Of all the known cereals the oat ones are the most rich source of such vitamins as В1, В2, В3, В6 (folid acid), E and H (Biotin) which is responsible for the power and the stamina of the body, the condition of the skin, the nails and hair, the sweat glands, nerve tissues, bone marrow and blood cells. The dishes made of the oat are easy to digest and imbibe for the body. The protein-starch composition forming while boiling the cereals provides good cleaning of the intestines which helps the liver function to derive an excess of cholesterol and different toxic substances. The dishes of the oat flakes influent on the composition and renovation of the blood, stop the thrombosis and are recommended for the large use in the women’s nutrition while the pregnancy and feeding the child, as well as in the children’s and of all ages adults’ nutrition; the oat dishes without sugar are good for diabetics as well. The wheat is the wheat cereal.
