Strategic Management Class Project 2 Note to Groups from Mark Mortensen (Please delete this chart before turning in) This template is to help you in structuring your presentation. You may change it as you want, but the information here is the minimum that I would like to see. A strategic analysis does not have to be extremely wordy, although explanations will enhance the analysis, and hence the grade. A strategic analysis that fills in this template with reasonable answers will earn a “B.” One with more ratios, insightful observations, and crisp, good recommendations will earn an “A.” Feel free to use any resources that you wish.
