21 How Do We Enter?  Entry forms on Download them, fill ‘em in, send to RVP RVP reviews entries Submits one entry from region to Hq per group

28 The Judging Process  Judges are ERVP’s* No RVP reviews a group containing any entry from his region  Winner is based on consensus  Member of Hq staff is tiebreaker if needed  Not always a winner selected * Includes ARVP’s, RVP’s, SRVP’s and RRVP’s

29 The Website Judging Process  Web site judging is different Sites assigned to judges by group At least 3 judges for each group Reviewed monthly July through December Foreign language sites judged by members (or Hq staff) fluent in website language

30 The Judging Process  Regardless of the award,* feedback from the Awards Committee is provided to assist chapters in improving entries for following year * Excludes Criscouli Award
