Department Identifies Hiring Need Requisition, advertisement, hiring freeze paperwork submitted to Deputy Provost. Approved paperwork is forwarded to HRS.
Academic eRecruit – Business Process Overview HRS Routes Application Materials to the Hiring Manager & Search Committee All applications are routed. HRS does not review or screen academic applications. Applicants Apply Applicant submit profile, EEO information, and required application materials online.
