Findings: hotspot map Four month hotspot map: hotspots are as usual Hay’s Galleria (17) and Guys Hospital (52)

Findings: incident map Jan.- April Other Theft is highest, followed by Theft person Dip The main venue for Other Theft is Hayes Galleria and approaches to London Bridge station. London Bridge station and its approaches have most Dips.

This year Q4 total shows raised levels compared with some other Q4, The year as a whole showed a smaller range between quarters. Quarterly rates tend to fall through the year. Findings: all crime, quarterly

Compared with Q3, there has been a 8.08% decrease in all crime, but small numerical increases in Common Assault and Burglary Non Res. Note: April figures (not shown) indicate an increase in Theft of pedal cycle (10). Findings: top 10 comparison Compared with Q4 0809, there has been a 8.85% increase in all crime, with increases in Dips, Assaults and Harassment being the most significant contributors, while Other Theft fell slightly. Note: April figures (not shown) indicate Dips (3) and Other Theft (36) continue.

Findings: Other Theft through year Not increasing Other Theft took 39.46% of all incidents (last quarter 40.57%) and was numerically the largest category(n=103).

Findings: Repeat Venues for Other Theft The repeat venues for Other Theft are mainly various places of refreshment. 5 non-refreshment venues this quarter. A Police Liaison Officer is to be appointed for Guy’s.
