Encourage Your Member’s Achievement Recognize individuals who have accomplished something in their work field Give out certificates for small achievements Present members with a special RED or GOLD ribbon Pay It Forward….help someone without being asked Each One Reach One give everyone a sticky note, have them write a note to their neighbor and exchange it Set up telephone calls just to say hello, how’s it going Give members who have made a milestone a special “key” for being outstanding

State Achievement Award Nominees must: Have served as Chapter President Demonstrated good attendance Completed two or more leadership roles at the state level Such as: Area Coordinator State Chair Served as a Director or Officer on ASTEF for a minimum of two years

Golden Rose Award Nominees must: Be members who are not eligible for the State Achievement Award Have good attendance and participation at the chapter level Have given years of service at the state level through Workshop participation Committee work Attendance at Delta Kappa Gamma Conventions
