3. Message from the President 2012 is another significant milestone in the history of our beloved Alma Mater – Adamson University. We are 80 years old this year. From its humble beginnings in 1932, Adamson University has grown into one of the top ten universities in the Philippines. This recognition is due to the achievements of its graduates - both in the Philippines and abroad. The Adamson International Achievers’ Award is given to an alumni who have made exceptional contribution to their chosen field of endeavor abroad. These are Filipinos living and working abroad or international students who have graduated from the University. For those who are younger but already making an impact in society, we have the Emerging Alumni Achiever Award. This recognition is due to the achievements of its graduates - both in the Philippines and abroad. The Adamson International Achievers’ Award is given to an alumni who have made exceptional contribution to their chosen field of endeavor abroad. 7.  How and when are nominations deliberated? The Award Selection Committee is made up of members from the University and the Alumni Community. 11. International Alumni Achiever Award  To be eligible for this preeminent award the recipient must be a graduate of Adamson University.
