Rhythm of the Business MONTHLY Nikken Health Break BACK © 2005 IDS Solutions Inc. All Rights Reserved Duplication for resale is illegal Version1.1 Nov06 RETAIL

The Wellness Trak Monthly Rhythm Retailing is a KEY aspect in building a successful residual business. The Wellness Trak Nikken Health Break is designed to take a person from 0% informed to 100% informed about the benefits of being and staying connected to Nikken: the World Leader in Wellness Research and ONLY provider of Total Wellness through a Concept called The Wellness Home. Thus, providing a valuable service and out reach method for the community in a professional, fun and duplicable way. A monthly flow of events, or information sessions is important to establish your Client / Consultant relationship. It allows your Clients (and their friends) many opportunities to discover new Nikken products, or focus nights on specific products you may wish to emphasize that month. This, of course, is to run parallel to your organization building activities and you can initiate this activity anytime. To learn more about the Nikken Health Break, review the “Retail: Nikken Health Break” education found in the Library section of the NEW Partner Trak / Wellness Trak System, also online at SundaySaturdayFridayThursWedTuesdayMonday CONTACT / INVITE Decision STEP 1 Validate Business STEP 1 Validate Products CONTACT / INVITE STEP 4 Get Aligned Once a Month Schedule © 2005 IDS Solutions Inc. All Rights Reserved Duplication for resale is illegal Version1.1 Nov06 Sunday’s are a good daytime alternative: NikkenHealthBreak You, or your Client can Host a NikkenHealthBreak

What is the purpose of the Nikken Health Break (NHB) ? Nikken Health Breaks are a fun & friendly two hour get-together hosted by you (or your Client) as an In-Home to educate potential & existing Clients (C) (and their friends), on the Nikken Wellness Home and empower them to take proactive steps towards their health. You can design different themes – in fact a whole Wellness Series – that breaks up the Wellness Home into different quadrants to stagger the information and avoid overload. Each presentation can build on the last one, which means you can re-book your guests (or your host and their friends) to complete the Wellness Home Series. Therefore, it provides you with a sustainable method of building your business through group sales and can open the door to more sponsoring. What is the focus of the Nikken Health Break? Generate immediate product sales & on-going autoship customers. Sponsor the Host* (or identify one) & book their next NHB. Find business prospects and repopulate your MyContact List. Build and expand your database of Wellness Home Clients. Who is the Presenter (A)? If you are a brand New Partner (B), just launching your business, the first In-Home you will host with your Upline Silver (A) as the presenter, to help show you how to do an effective presentation. You can then continue them on your own, or helping others to host. You may still have upline or crossline support at your In- home but this business is about you learning and building competencies. If you have been in Nikken for a period of time, you will be the host and presenter at your Nikken Health Break. Remember: The Tools are also an ‘A’? The Nikken DVD and WTS presentation materials are professional and never get tired! What Do you Need? To Present: Creating A Meaningful Life – Wellness Home Overview Flash/DVD (New Partner Tool Box) Have your Nikken Wellness Home products properly displayed for demos and roll outs (or only the few products that relate to your focus theme for the evening). To Hand Out as people arrive: Wellness Profile (printable PDF available in NP Toolbox – Bus Forms) To Complete Orders: Consultant / Member Application Form To Hand Out for Validate Products: Nikken Catalogue (and any focus product brochure – see Product Knowledge Folder ), Healthier You Magazine, Wellness Home Brochure & CD, Thermographics Brochure …and provide ALL your VFW Access Code for the address and Nikken PWP address. For follow up see eVites Guide (New Partner Tool Box) and/or How Do You Get Started? Review the Contact & Invite Scripts. (If your Client is the host, coach them on how to Contact/Invite) From your MyContact List, contact and invite a min. of 25 people to the In-Home. Your goal should be to have minimum 3 (no more than 8) potential Clients attend, not including spouses. Use eVites to promote the event as recommended in the Contact & Invite Scripts document. Plan B* – make an offer to a Client to host. *What is the Benefit to a Client becoming a Host? Getting together with friends to discuss unique and latest technology health products not available in stores, is just one of the motivations for the Client to host to an NHB. They may want to ‘test the waters’ before joining the business, or are just happy to help you share Nikken. Giving your Host a gift, to thank them for holding an NHB, is also a great motivation and reward. This gift could be a mini Rollout treatment in front of their Guests at the NHB, or you may give them a Nikken product for free, or offer them a discount on their order, or a rebate on the orders taken at the NHB. Obviously there is no limit to the number of gift ideas that you, the Presenter, can offer your Host. Typically, a gift or discount is valued at around $80. © 2005 IDS Solutions Inc. The 12 Steps of a Nikken Health Break BEFORE GUESTS ARRIVE: Step 1 — SETUP Set up early and prepare before the guests arrive. (Co-ordinate with your host & set up your products.) Keep set up minimal to make it look simple and easy. Only display the products for the particular NHB you are doing. Have only a small selection of products, one or two from each Wellness Home quadrant. These should include a Sleep System and a Magcreator, PiMag Water, Air Wellness Power5, a selection of the Nutritionals, Body Balance and Skin Care and a pair of the Cardio Strides. (For guest host - Have other products in a small bag beside you and larger products in the trunk of your car.) Know ahead of time where you plan on having your guests sit, ideally in a comfortable area in your home, while you share information and do product demos. Step 2 — BRIEF HOST (if not you) Brief your host ahead of time on what/how to serve food and drinks – it is best to just have simple nibblies that can be placed in front of guests for during your presentation, or served afterwards, to minimize interruption. Determine a suitable place within the home (close by) where you will sit to do the 1:1 discussions. Present the host with a nicely wrapped gift for agreeing to have an NHB. PRESENTING THE HEALTH BREAK: “I walk in a stranger, and walk out a friend” Step 3 — GET TO KNOW THE GUESTS (if not your personal invitees) As the guests arrive, introduce yourself & get to know them a little by asking questions (how do you know the host, where do you live, what sort of work do you do, etc) Establish rapport & make them feel good and relaxed about being there. Save your story for the presentation. Invite them to fill out the Wellness Profile prior to starting the presentation. Have pens for everyone. Step 4 — THE WELCOME Begin the NHB by welcoming the guests (and complimenting & thanking the host). Brief them about the presentation – that it will take about an hour and at the end you will sit down with each one of them to consult and answer their questions. ONLY present to them at eye level, or lower. Step 5 — COMPANY & PRODUCT INFO Introduce the Nikken story and the concept of Wellness using the Wellness Home Overview – Flash or DVD. ‘Let me introduce you to the World Leader in Wellness Research & only provider of Total Wellness through a Concept called The Wellness Home’. (Note: the Power Point version can also be used with experience, but keep it simple!) Step 6 — COMMERCIAL BREAK: THE BUSINESS Relate your personal story and how you became involved in building a Nikken business. Include a personal product testimonial and why you responded to Nikken's vision of wellness. Ask them if they are happy with their current income and savings. Let them now that Nikken can help… and that you will discuss this when you sit down with them individually at the end of the presentation. Step 7 —COMMERCIAL BREAK: HOSTING A HEALTH BREAK Say how much fun it is do an NHB, and offer the opportunity for anyone to have one at their place. (...getting together with friends in a fun atmosphere, wellness solutions for them and their friends) NIKKEN HEALTH BREAK 12 Steps of a NHB

NIKKEN HEALTH BREAK 12 Steps of a NHB Step 8 —PRODUCT EDUCATION & DEMOS Introduce The Wellness Home (perhaps a Wellness Home tour), and detail the products you’re highlighting today and include some demonstrations & tasting (for water and nutritionals). Use the Product Information Sheets as your prompt. Review the Product Demos PDF in the NP Library of the WTS. FOCUS on the benefits and feeling. (Offer a Masuda Roll Out – time permitting.) Step 9 —PRODUCT QUADRANTS Refer to their Wellness Profile Sheet and ask guests to prioritize the categories from most important to least important. And explain that you are about to talk to them individually on their choices. Explain the purchase/certification options for the NWH (ie, progressive or FastTrack). Also explain the benefits of being a Preferred Customer (vs retail pricing) and of being and staying connected to ‘the world’s leader in Wellness Research and ONLY provider of Total Wellness. Step 10 —PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS Refreshments are served while you sit with guests individually (5 to 6 minutes each) to review their Wellness Profile Sheet. (Leave the host till last.) Complete guests’ product orders, advise on product, delivery and price (including any discounts on the day). Ask if they will host their own NHB. Schedule a roll out (if indicated on their WP sheet). Also ask if they would like to know more about a Wellness Home Business. Provide them with the hand outs – including online information. Repeat this process with your host and summarize the orders placed by guests. Session ends. FOLLOW UP TO THE NHB: (same night or next day) Step 11 —ORDERS Place orders online at MyNikken, shipping them directly to each guest who placed an order. If you’ve sponsored the host, you may choose to place orders directly under them to get their Nikken business started. Step 12 —FOLLOW UP ALL GUESTS Enter guests names and contact details (phone and ) into your Wellness Client Management System. Always send an * to (especially to the host and) each guest to thank them and summarize the product information you shared. For those who ordered products, advise them of their order. For potential business prospects, send them a separate * with additional business information, inviting them to perhaps a Wellness Home Briefing, but definitely follow up with a phone call and engage in the Partnering Process. *For follow up, see eVites Guide (New Partner Tool Box). Overall Summary: Learn from the experience and keep ‘tweaking’ to master this process. Remember, people may not remember what you said, or what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel! HAVE FUN!! BACK
