JCI FESTAC 2015 PLAN OF ACTION XLR8….MOVING FORWARD Oluwatoyin Atanda JCI Nigeria

INTRODUCTION The JCI Festac 2015 Plan of Action is focused majorly on the long range plan crafted for the chapter from inception, a continuation of the implementation of the initiatives commenced previous years before now and a blue print of future projections. The Chapter would be strategic in all its approach. Selfless Service and responsibility which are the pillars of leadership would be our watch word and all hands would be on deck to realise all set objectives. Members would be motivated like never before; projects would be carried out and executed excessively. Overall, the plan is to build the capacity of the local organisation to run efficiently, attract and recruit professional membership, carry out sustainable projects and programmes that would be of immense benefit to the community.

2015 JCI FESTAC OBJECTIVES MEMBERSHIP GROWTH:, to attract quality and professional membership; To attract and recruit individuals between the ages of 18-40 who are determined, passionate, creative, innovative, excellence oriented and who have the time, energy and resources and who are ready to give back to the society and also willing to take advantage of the developmental opportunities available to create positive change. COMMUNITY IMPACT/PROJECTS: To carry out and execute projects that are noteworthy and newsworthy in the Festac environs and align with the JCI OBJECTIVES ENTREPRENEURIAL & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: To ensure that members become better leaders and entrepreneurs and to provide business opportunities for all members REBRANDING, COMMUNICATION, MARKETING OF JCI FESTAC: To reposition JCI Festac as a role model Chapter (EXCELLENCE)

E. FELLOWSHIP & WARMTH AMONGST MEMBERS: To encourage deeper relationships amongst members outside activities of the chapter F. CORPORATE SPONSORHIP: To attract Corporate sponsorships for partnering and Networking opportunities and strategic positioning of the chapter FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION: To ensure that the chapter is in good standing financially with all appropriate quarters internally and externally PARTNERSHIPS, TWININGS & NETWORKING (Local, National & International Affairs): To ensure active participation and attendance at JCI local, national and international briefs. Twinning and partnerships with other JCI Chapters within and outside Nigeria
