Adapt coaching techniques to suit situation and individual (This is good advice throughout all of your archery coaching endeavours). Be flexible AND prepared to have a few set backs. Be prepared to be emotionally and physically challenged. Use experience not just text books! We are all different with different needs & triggers- Personal Coaches/Kit etc-be aware and respect this fact.
