3. Background From Sit ball which is an introduction sport to Sitting volley ball In Sit ball, we have 8 clubs in National Championship From those 8 clubs, we selected 12 best women In 2012, we started a training to prepare them for RIO 2016.

5. Challenges Not yet get partners to fund this 4 years programme (2012-2016) Lack of officials and coaches to detect new talent in the clubs Lack of transport to reach remote area Lack of adapted infrastructures to conduct training and competitions in Districts

6. NEEDS NEEDS To succeed to the project we need to conduct trainings of coaches and officials in sitting volley ball: -30 Coaches : 1 coach per District to detect new talent from clubs and to train clubs 'coaches -Those 30 coaches will report to the coach of Women National Team. -Officials are : Referees and classifiers at least 5 women referees and 2 classifiers
