What is UDIA?  The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) is a national, not-for- profit membership organisation, established in  UDIA (Qld) is the State’s largest professional organisation that represents and furthers the interests and integrity of the property development industry in Queensland.  UDIA (Qld) has 12 regional branches in addition to the State office in Brisbane: Gold Coast Sunshine Coast Ipswich Toowoomba Moreton Bay Cairns Gladstone Fraser Coast Bundaberg Townsville Mackay/Whitsunday Rockhampton
