Weekly Rewards Students receive COLT CASH for “Staying on the Green” on their classroom behavior charts each week. “GOTCHA” Individual students can receive $1.00 COLT CASH for “GOTCHA”. “GOTCHA” is awarded by all teachers and school staff to students who exemplify the SWMS Guidelines of Success on a daily basis in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and other areas of the building. Awarded to encourage and reinforce positive behaviors among our students.
