What is Cyber Bullying? It has to have a minor on both sides, or at least have been instigated by a minor against another minor Once adults become involved, it is plain and simple cyber-harassment or cyber stalking

Facts about Cyber Bullying 58% said that someone has said mean or hurtful things to them on line 53% reported having said something mean or hurtful to another person online 58% said that they have not told their parents or another adult about something mean or hurtful that happened to them on line
