The University of Pennsylvania, USA  General Conditions: If you have taken International Baccalaureate (IB) exams, you may be able to earn Penn State credit.  IB credit we accept is as follows: Penn State will award transfer credit for exams taken at the Higher Level and graded 5 or above. The University of Pennsylvania, USA  Undergraduate students interested in receiving credit for IB Higher Level Examinations should arrange for their official grade reports to be sent directly from the International Baccalaureate Program.  Limitations on credit earned through the International Baccalaureate (IB) exams are as follows: (1) the credit must be useful in a student's program of study; (2) duplicate credit in the same subject is not awarded in any case.
