13  Language:  English Higher Level (7)  For English Language requirements foreign students need to contact the overseas application office.  Deadline: 15.3.

14  General Conditions: - Only complete files will be evaluated and considered for admission. An application will be considered incomplete if any of the following items are missing: A registration request for the selective master's programme: - the application form - IB: 24 points or more - a letter of motivation - a curriculum vitae - the TOEFL or IELTS test scores (if applicable)

15  Language: Admission exam If you do not satisfy the admission requirements of a bachelor’s programme, you may qualify for an admission exam. These test your knowledge of a certain subject or discipline or check whether you have sufficient command of the English language. The Admission Board uses the results of these exams to determine whether you can be admitted.

18  Undergraduate students interested in receiving credit for IB Higher Level Examinations should arrange for their official grade reports to be sent directly from the International Baccalaureate Program.  Limitations on credit earned through the International Baccalaureate (IB) exams are as follows: (1) the credit must be useful in a student's program of study; (2) duplicate credit in the same subject is not awarded in any case.

19  Penn State’s evaluation will focus on the results of individual examinations completed at the Higher Level  a student does not have to complete the full IB Diploma  Examinations at the Subsidiary Level are not eligible for transfer credit consideration.  General credits may be awarded for a Higher Level Examination
