3 Additional Questions on the 2011 Survey I know what the company stands for. I know what makes our brand different from our competitors. I am extremely proud of the quality of the products/services SAIC offers. I believe my BU or functional organization has a well-developed strategy that is aligned to the enterprise strategy. A company that promotes volunteerism is very important to me. My company treasures diverse opinions and ideas. I trust the executive leadership (BUGMs and above) of this company. I trust the senior management (OMs, DMs, and functional equivalents) of this company. I trust my immediate supervisor. My immediate supervisor always treats me with respect. My immediate supervisor keeps me informed about what is going on at SAIC. My immediate supervisor makes me enthusiastic about my future. Different organizations at SAIC work well together to achieve our goals and objectives. I want to be with SAIC one year from now. If I have a career opportunity within SAIC outside of my organization, I believe management will be supportive. I received feedback on the previous employee engagement survey conducted at SAIC. My team participated in an effective action planning session following last year's employee engagement survey. My team has made progress on the goals set during our action planning sessions after the last employee engagement survey. 3 Copyright © , 2008 Gallup, Inc. All rights reserved.
