4 Employee Recognition My supervisor/manager gives proper recognition for a job well done. Employees are treated with respect here, irrespective of their job position.

5 Teamwork People on my team take the initiative to really help each other when the need arises. My team collaborates with other teams across the organization to effectively accomplish work objectives.

6 Teamwork (Contd.) My team members coach and train each other.
I can count on my supervisor/manager to support me when I need assistance.

7 Leadership OIT Executives (SES and above) communicate the organizational updates, new policies, and changes in procedures on a timely basis. I think OIT is moving in the right direction.

8 Leadership (Contd.) OIT Leadership provides a clear direction for succession planning. I know how my work relates to the agency’s goals and priorities.

9 Leadership (Contd.) In my organization, senior leaders generate high levels of motivation and commitment in the workforce. In my organization, senior leaders maintain high standards of honesty and integrity.

I have a high level of respect for my organization’s senior leaders.
