Projects Day Details Eat lunch beforehand! Professional attire Guest parking in the 12 th Ave and E Marion lot (P7)– first come, first serve  Overflow in P4 and Broadway Garage (P5) Name tags will be on team tables Reception – Be a host to your sponsors

Clean Up Take everything except your display board Your team must clean up all project materials and put away your table! – Stack them on the table carrier

After Projects Day Equipment purchased by the Project center should be returned to Project Center staff Reimbursement requests to Arielle Fissmer (Dean’s Office, E-500)  CSSE to Mike Smith (ENGR -526)  Provide summer mailing address Project Room clean up and check-out by June 13 th at 4 pm (checklist)
