6 Information Center 7:00-8:00 am
Parent Center Staff assigned to the Information Center Located in the Main Building Foyer Supervisory personnel will have Master List (alpha student schedules) either a paper copy or PDF file of all pre-enrolled students. Room locators with Advisory will be posted in various locations in the school. (Including a School Map and an Alpha List.)

Time stamp programs of all students before they leave and make sure they sign Attendance Roster. 6 Bring Clock and Attendance Roster. At the end collect unclaimed program cards and give them to attendance office. 8 Bring Stop boxes, alphabetizers and Homeroom sheets. 9 Assist in the auditorium with students with no programs.

9 Directing Students ALL STUDENTS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO HOMEROOM. Posters are placed around the campus to help students identify their advisory room locations. Late Arrivals (after 7:57 a.m.) must enter through the Front Doors. Student will be escorted to the auditorium and wait for their schedule to arrive from Advisory Teacher.

10 Unclaimed Program Schedules
All Unclaimed Program Schedules will need to be returned to the Student Cafeteria. A staff member will be assigned to collect the unclaimed programs and take them to the student cafeteria.

11 Inform Students of the Following
NO Program changes on the first day of school for student initiated requests. If a student loses their program, they are to report to the counseling office and request for a copy. ALL students will be able to eat BIC and lunch for the first month until their lunch application is turned in no later than September 30.
