5 Invitations oSent to sponsor liaisons, faculty, advisory committees, alumni oYou invite employers, family, and friends oInvite and schedule will be e-mailed and on www.seattleu.edu/projectcenter Pre Projects Day:

6 Presentation at Sponsor oSchedule presentations at sponsor organization oHave liaison check presentation for any company confidential information / nondisclosure oInvite us to attend! Pre Projects Day:

7 Project Reports o Due May 25 th by 4pm to faculty advisor oFollow Department Guidelines oInclude completed print request with numbers of copies and pages needed in color or odd size (be conservative!) Pre Projects Day:

8 YOUR REPORT IS YOUR DELIVERABLE! oAsk your project sponsor if they want a hard or electronic copy of the report before the due date. oMake sure you get your project report to your sponsor !!! oThis is part of your final checkout process

9 Display Boards oUse templates—e-mailed to you-- also on Project Center Website o Submit display board files to faculty advisor on May 23 rd by 4pm oBoards and nametags will be prepositioned on tables for you oYou bring added display items to set up on morning of Projects Day Pre Projects Day:

10 Display Setup oTeams supply own equipment oTeams arrange for transportation of equipment on Projects Day oTeams get one 8 foot table oTeams requiring additional space or special electrical for their displays email requests by May 21st

11 Projects Day Presentations oPresentations: 15 min plus 5 min for Q&A oPresentation on USB / CD oPractice in the room oSign up with Hilary to reserve practice time oSU laptops will be pre-positioned on morning of Projects Day in presentation rooms oPC friendly version of file presentation must be loaded NLT 10am available for each team

15 Projects Day Schedule oSullivan Hall will be open at 8am oDisplays ready by 11am oGuest registration begins at 12:30pm at Pigott Atrium oOpening Ceremony (you must attend) 1-1:30pm Pigott Auditorium

16 Projects Day Schedule oFirst session presentations 2-3pm (Sullivan Hall) oBreak at 3-3:15pm oSecond session at 3:15-4:15pm oPoster session 4:15-4:45pm oBe at your table—there will be served appetizers oReception at 4:45-5:30 oMingle with guests and sponsors
