Attendance Students should be at school daily on time. It is best if students arrive by 7:25 to take AR tests, access Success Maker, complete morning work & review for tests. Liberty is evaluated annually, Adequate Yearly Progress or AYP, attendance is part of the equation used to calculate AYP.

Sending in Money ALL money should be sent in an envelope. Please make sure student’s first & last name is written on the envelope. Please include my name on the envelope. IMPORTANT: indicate the purpose of the payment. Use student # for all LUNCH payments.

Transportation Please put in writing all transportation changes, form can be found on my links. You may write in the agenda on the corresponding date. If someone is picking up your child not on the original form submitted the first week of school, you must give written permission, so your child can be released.

Agenda Please check/initial the agenda nightly. Look for RED – tests, grades, and HWK are written in red. Should be something written for each subject. Check your child’s behavior card. Perfect cards receive a special reward at the end of each quarter All satisfactory cards will also receive a reward Students can earn back 5 points per class with a contract
