 The student will be able to facilitate a conference describing his/her performance and goals.

 This is your time to lead your conference!  You can discuss progress, grades, and set goals with your family, and much more!

 Family Night!  March 12, :00-7:30  Free Italian Dinner for the your whole family  Free child care for younger brothers and sisters!  What if my family can’t attend?  You teachers and the administrators will be conferencing with you during Social Studies class on Monday.

Print your first and last name here. Write your Social Studies Teacher’s last name and the period you have Social Studies class here.

 Conference Agenda form…Page 1  This is a checklist of points to discuss on conference day.

 Dear Families letter….Page 2.  You will open up the conference with this letter. Complete the sentence describing something you accomplished this year. Be sure to sign your letter.

 Look at your DE Reading Report. Number this page 3.  Think to yourself- How are you progressing? How can you improve? Jot the answers to these two questions on the back of this page.
