Sell candy to raise money to go to camp. The more you sell, the less camp costs. Any extra money collected goes to the spring trip – Navy Pier! The candy is wonderful!

Warm clothes Blankets or sleeping bags Camera Two pairs of shoes Mittens, hats, coats Towels Toiletries

Upon arriving at camp we set up the dorms. Dorm rooms include: bunk beds a dresser for every two students bathrooms and warm showers closets to hang coats a teacher in every room

Teachers from Gates and staff from Northern Illinois University supervise and teach the children all about nature!

Students learn what it took to survive in the early years of America.

We love to eat at camp. We get all we want, and the food is awesome!

We keep track of our wasted food! We recycle!

We draw pictures to represent our stay at camp. Our favorite brand is put on a board in the cafeteria!
