4 Forms & Medications Sample Schedule Wednesday March 25th – Depart for Camp at 9am 11:30am – Arrive at Camp; Orientation & Unpacking 12:30pm – Lunch (Group 1 hopping) 2:00pm – 5:00pm – Groups 1-3 Cooperation Course Groups 4 & 5 – Geology & Web of Life Groups 6 & 7 – Animal Ecology 5:00pm – Free Time (Supervised by Irwin Chaperones) 6:00pm – 9:00pm – Cookout/Campfire * -- Final Schedule for the week TBD (but will be posted on our websites)

7 Bus Parking Lot X X X Pick-up Procedure: Friday March 27th ETA: 3pm – 3:30pm IMPORTANT – Please park along the perimeter of the bus parking lot and NOT in the bus spaces. *** VERY IMPORTANT – Please make sure your child knows how they are going home on Friday (WHO is picking them up) AND we (and they) have a phone number to reach you! ***

8 What to Bring to Camp: The weather at Camp Kanuga (Hendersonville/mountains) can vary (warm & cold) within a given day. Please bring clothes for both conditions. Please pack clothes which can get dirty! Please limit your luggage to what you can carry (suitcase + backpack) Camp will provide: towels, wash cloth, sheets, pillows (& pillow cases), blanket & soap

9 What to Bring to Camp: Change of Clothes for each day (shorts or pants; long or short sleeved shirts) Socks & Underwear Pajamas Sweater, sweatshirt or jacket Personal Items (brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) REQUIRED: Closed-Toe Shoes (recommended: 2 pairs that can both get dirty) Water bottle Raincoat or Poncho OPTIONAL: Writing or reading materials Camera (disposable recommended) Flashlight Hat or Sunglasses
