PETS RI District 3190 * Paying per capita dues to RI (In time) Minimum Standard * Meeting regularly * Members to subscribe for The Rotarian or a regional magazine. * Implementing service programs that meet the needs of the local community. * Accept the visit of AG,DG and other RI officers

PETS RI District 3190 Effective Club Sustain and increase membership base. Implement successful service projects that meet the needs of the local community and needs in other countries through four avenue of service. Support TRF by participation and contribution Develop leaders capable of working beyond club level. Facilitate clubs to adopt suitable methods of improvement.

PETS RI District 3190 Sustain and increase membership and work towards member development Has well developed leadership plan for the club and has succession plan in place Established Clubs Implement balanced and need based service programs in the community with emphasis on long term continuous programs Regularly participate in TRF programs and contribute to TRF

PETS Function of Club Administration Committee ■ This committee is responsible for all the club’s administrative activities. ■ Fulfill the administrative requirement of RI, TRF and District. ■ Oversee and be responsible for Club Finances..

PETS Club Administration Committee-2 ■ Conduct Training program for incoming officers of the club ■ Work towards furthering the objects of Rotary ■ Develop programs that will interest the club members.

PETS Club Administration Committee-3 ■ Oversee participation of members in District programs ■ Take care of Communications and correspondence. Maintain all club records ■ Safe guard club property and resources

PETS Club Reporting Requirements to RI&District: ■ Semiannual reports to pay RI per capita dues. July and January every year. ▪ Information for the Official Directory details of club president & secretary. December every year ■ Changes in membership or in officer or weekly meeting information

PETS To T R F: Use of Rotary Foundation funds. The Rotary Foundation Fund Development Club Goal Report Form, Program Closure report. To District: ■ Monthly attendance report ■ Project & visible program details of the club to include them in PR initiatives & GML ■ Important information regarding club administrative matters which may affect activity of the club

PETS Financial Responsibilities of President ■ Develop a budget and manage it. ■ Ensure club dues are sent to RI. ■ Work closely with the club treasurer. ■ Ensure District dues are sent on time.

PETS Financial Responsibilities-2 ■ Keep member costs reasonable and collect them on time. ■ Have separate account for service programs ■ Perform annual audit. ■ Send financial report to members.

PETS Rules governing unpaid per capita dues ■ Six months after the 1 st Jan or 1 st July deadline clubs with unpaid per capita RI dues over US $ 250 are terminated. ■ Avoid termination or help terminated club to get reinstated. ■ Within 90 days of termination – pay all financial obligations + USD 10/member. ■ After 90 days – pay all financial obligations + USD 10/member + complete application + USD 15/member. ■ More than 365 days – club looses its charter. ■ Paying for Rotary News for every member is a must.

PETS Discuss: ■ Weekly meeting attendance and attendance in service programs ■ Club leadership and succession plans ■ Efforts on conducting member education and Training programs ■ GOV requirement and conduct
