15 Membership reporting Easiest using Member Access New member admission form should clearly provide date of joining and contact telephone number of new member Member termination form should clearly provide the effective date membership has been terminated. Incoming club officer data should be notified to RI by 31 December every year for accurate listing in the RI Official Directory.
