5 Member Access Functions Using Member Access, Rotarians can: Contribute to The Rotary Foundation. View your personal contributions to The Rotary Foundation. Manage e-mail subscriptions. Register for meetings. Visit the RI Club Administration Software (RI- CAS) and RI District Administration Software (RI-DAS) Support Forum. Download RI-CAS and RI-DAS software.

6 Registration To register for Member Access you will need the following: Your district’s number (5870) Your club’s number (see your Club Secretary) Your membership ID number Subscribers to The Rotarian can find their member ID on the magazine cover: the member ID is the first six to eight digits directly above the name on the address label. A valid e-mail address

7 Sign-in Screen Sign-in for new users. Sign-in for returning users.

8 Sign-in Screen: New Users Enter your district, club, and membership ID numbers.

9 Username and Password Once you have registered your identification numbers, Member Access will prompt you to designate your e-mail address as your username. A password will then be e-mailed to you. When returning to Member Access, sign in with your username (e-mail address) and the password you received. You may change your password and username in Member Access.

10 Frequently Asked Questions The frequently asked questions button is available on each page for quick answers to your questions.

11 Main Screen All Member Access navigation options are displayed in the green highlighted box on the left- hand side of the screen.

12 Rotary Foundation Contributions Rotarians can contribute online to The Rotary Foundation using a credit card.

13 View Your Contribution History Rotarians can view the history of their contributions to The Rotary Foundation, including Paul Harris Fellow and Major Donor status.

14 Manage E-mail Subscriptions Rotarians can choose the categories of e-mail correspondence they would like to receive. This screen also shows the e- mail address to which subscriptions are sent and the option to update it.

15 Register for Meetings Select the meeting you wish to register for and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

18 Club Officer Functions With Member Access, club presidents and secretaries can View and change club membership data. Pay club dues. Search club and district data. Update club data. View reports of Rotary Foundation contributions.

19 Main Screen Club presidents and secretaries have additional navigation options. These are displayed in the green highlighted box on the left-hand side of the screen.

20 Update Membership Data Download a list of club members to your computer. View terminated members. View club data (meeting details and incoming officers). View Rotary Foundation and membership reports. Add members to your club. View or update individual records.

21 View Membership Data The view function shows the name and contact information for each member. You can also view Committee participation Offices held Membership details

22 Edit Membership Data The edit function allows you to change Contact information Member information

23 Add Members When adding a new member to your club, search for that member first to avoid duplicates. You can search using the membership ID number or name.

24 Terminate Members When terminating a member from your club, use the drop down boxes to indicate Reason Date

25 Pay Club Dues You can view your club’s semiannual report and pay club dues using a credit card.

26 Search Club and District Data The online version of the Official Directory allows you to View current committees and task forces. View the RI Board of Directors and The Rotary Foundation Trustees. Search for club and district information.

27 Update Club Data Use the Club Data Form to change your club’s Meeting day Meeting time Meeting location Other details

28 Update Club Officer Information The bottom portion of the Club Data Form allows you to enter the names of incoming club officers.

29 View Club Recognition Summary A Club Recognition Summary (CRS) report shows contributions to The Rotary Foundation for all club members and other donors. The district governor also has access to this report.

30 View Monthly Contribution Reports A Monthly Contribution Report (MCR) shows Rotary Foundation contribution information for all clubs in your district. The district governor also has access to this report.
