HCA) Own and operate 46 terminals Operate and maintain 1,125 tanks 1.3 MMBD operated rack capacity Polar – based in Houston 5 tankers - 4.5 million barrels capacity ~8,900 rail cars & 121 active truck carriers 1,500 employees at 120 locations 70 locations with 5 or less employees Transportation has operations in 20 states

COP ER Program Emergency Response Teams, Tier 1 P&T – 5, Polar – 1 Incident initial response (within Division) Safety, isolation, containment, assessment Incident Command Incident Support Team at Division office Determine appropriate level of response Assist field staff Provide/assist with resources Assist with notifications Prepare for transition to Tier 2 if required
