Emergency Incident Response Overview – Purpose and Scope 2015IMS 07 Information Session Describes the full Emergency Incident Response and Support Structure that, in large scale-events, enables an effective emergency response. This structure is supported by emergency response plans, processes, procedures, guidelines and other supporting documentation. Applies to all LP Emergency Incident Response teams.

14 14 Emergency Responders and Municipal Officials –Enbridge offers two free online training courses to all emergency responders and municipal officials Emergency Response Education Program (4.5 hours) and 911 Dispatchers Module (1 hour) Provides emergency responders with the information they need to safely and effectively respond to an incident involving an Enbridge facility Upon successful completion, learners are granted a participants receive a certificate and wallet card www.mypipelinetraining.com 14
