RICE PUDDING Rice pudding is a typical dessert made by slowly cooking rice with milk and sugar. It is served cold or hot. INGREDIENTS 1 liter of milk 200 grams of white rice 125 grams of sugar. 2 cinnamon sticks Several small pieces of lemon peel. 25 grams of unsalted butter.
CUSTARDS The custards are a dessert of Spanish gastronomy. It is a creamy dessert made with milk, egg yolks, sugar and flavours such as vanilla or lemon.
