The subjunctive is used to express a variety of moods. It is often uncertain and subjective. SUBJUNCTIVE CHECKLIST The subjunctive mood has two clauses; main and dependent/subordinate. Typically, the subjects in the two clauses are different. The main clause is followed by que. ex: Espero que el viaje a España sea divertido.
