ASW – SEMESTER SCHEDULE ONLY Platform has begun selecting 1st semester students this week You will have until 2/8 to upload your 3 pre/post artifacts Be careful to upload each piece of evidence (point 1 & point 2 artifacts) into the appropriate locations (last year some people reversed their uploads of artifacts & supporting documentation) NARRATIVE CONTEXT - this is a very important part of the submission and while you should be concise - you also need to answer the key questions and use this opportunity to explain how you see growth for each student in this evidence - use the text of the objective in your answer to ensure the evidence is aligned with the verb of the objective.   Key Questions for Point 1 What is my selected objective? How does my assessment align with the objective I have selected? What is the individual student or whole class standing in relation to the objective? Key Questions/Comments for Point 2 How does this artifact show how the individual student or whole class has shown growth in the objective in relation to point 1? Include how much time passed between the point 1 and point 2.

Second Semester Validation The timeline for validating your second semester schedule (SEMESTER TEACHERS ONLY) is as follows... Teaching Context - 2nd Semester Class Validation and Principal Approval- Semester teachers only - February 8 - 19 Teachers will enter the ASW Online Platform and complete the validation of their Semester 2 schedules. Principals will approve teachers' validated schedules. Class Selection - 2nd Semester - Online Platform Selects 2 Classes - Semester teachers only - February 8-19 Teachers will access the ASW Online Platform to view the 2 classes selected. A minimum of 6 students must be on the roster for a class in order for that class to be selected by the ASW Online Platform. Objective Selection - 2nd Semester Objective Selection and Principal Approval - Semester teachers only - February 22-29 Teachers on Semesterly ASW Plans will select 2 objectives for the spring semester following the Strands and Standards Guidance. Principals will review and approve the objectives chosen.
