OUR MISSION OUR VISION OUR VALUES OUR BELIEFS ‘Exceptional education for every student, every day’. OUR VISION Our mission is underpinned by our vision is based upon the principles of: Being EXCEPTIONAL in all that we do Providing holistic EDUCATION Inclusive for EVERY STUDENT Consistency EVERY DAY OUR VALUES Our values underpin all of the work that we do and all of the decisions that we make. We care for each other We laugh with each other We learn from each other We celebrate with each other We are safe We are responsible We are respectful OUR BELIEFS We believe in providing a broad and balanced curriculum that challenges everyone We believe in providing care and support to break down barriers to learning We believe in improving our students’ vocabulary, comprehension and reading skills We believe in demanding high levels of progress and achievement from all students

Key 4: A learning school community. OUR MISSION ‘Designed for Success’ - a high achieving, fully comprehensive school which offers learning in a friendly, caring and hard-working environment. OUR VISION ‘Unlocking Potential’ - Five key elements which enable students to achieve their potential. Key 1: Excellent citizenship. Our students and staff are cared for, respected and encouraged to experience a sense of belonging. This nurture enables them to become resilient, reflective, creative team players with the confidence to improve society. Key 2: High achievement and progress for all students. This is secured through outstanding teaching, celebration of achievement and developing self-confidence and independence. Key 3: Creativity, leadership & accountability. Staff and Governors understand their leadership role and deliver creative learning consistently well. This is developed through high quality training and systems which promote accountability and leadership opportunities for staff and students. Key 4: A learning school community.
