BASIC HULL TUTORIAL
1. Front Plane New Sketch Draw a Point 2. Place it 5” below the red origin as shown 3. Regenerate
4. Click Front Plane Reference Geometry Plane Distance 144”
5. Plane 1 New Sketch Draw as shown above (or similar) Mirror command to create the left side Regenerate
6. Click Plane 1 Reference Geometry Plane Distance 144”
7. Plane 2 New Sketch Draw as shown above (or similar) Mirror command to create the left side Regenerate
8. Right-click and hide all planes Should resemble this when you’re finished.
9. Lofted Boss/Base Pick green dots on the bottom of the hull as shown above Start/End Constraints: See settings above
10. New Sketch on Top Plane Draw the outline (or similar) as shown on the right.
11. Cut-Extrude, 30” Draft 10 degrees Add Seats, Dashboard, Steering wheel, Cabin, Outboard Motor, Propeller, Mast (if Sailboat), Fishing gear, Railings, etc.
