The TTUHSC has adopted a collaborative governance model that aligns IT with the overall mission and goals of the Institution. The IT Board of Directors includes TTUHSC's President, Deans, and Vice Presidents. The Board sets the overall strategic technology direction, defines IT priorities, and approves the IT policies of the Institution. Under the leadership of the CIO, innovative technology solutions has been a significant part of the history of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC).
