Steps to enroll in dual enrollment

Application process STEP 1: APPLY to Walters State! ws.edu/admissions/apply/ Submit an application online Create a Login ID/Pin Select Application Type: Dual Enrollment Click Continue and complete your Walters State Dual Enrollment Application

APPLICATION PROCESS CONTINUED STEP 2: View Videos View Orientation videos “Student Accounts” and “What to Expect Next” located at the bottom of the dual enrollment page: ws.edu/academics/distance-ed/dual-enrollment/

Application process continued STEP 3: Complete Hepatitis B Form First semester dual enrollment students must complete the Hepatitis B Form. This form DOES NOT have to be signed by a doctor but must be signed by a parent or guardian of students under 18 years of age. ws.edu/admissions/apply/

Registration process Step 4: ALL Students must complete in full the WSCC Dual Enrollment Program Enrollment Permission Form This form MUST BE COMPLETED EACH SEMESTER You can print these at the following link, or pick up a packet in the counseling office A one-call and announcement will be made when packets are ready to pick up ws.edu/academics/distance-ed/dual-enrollment/ Submit this form to your counselor so they can sign it and make a copy of your transcript

Dual enrollment grant Step 5: Apply for the dual enrollment grant on the TSAC (Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation) website $500 for the 1st and 2nd course $200 for the 3rd course $0 for the 4th course https://clipslink.tsac.tn.gov/studentsignon/
