January 2012 CID 90 Comment: Antennagain cannot be specified by one value, Change antennagain to a sequence of sequence; Antennagain ::= sequence of sequence{ theta real, phi real, gain real} Theta is elevation angle from local horizon in degrees, Phi is azimuth angle from true north in degrees, gain is in dBi. Junyi Wang, NICT

CID 96 January 2012 Comment: "Expected load" should be clarified. Expectedload is not used in any of the systems change is with desired occupancy. Junyi Wang, NICT

January 2012 CID 97 Comment: "Occupancy and total occupancy" should be clarified Add below definitions to the system, Occupancy is the percentage of the time that a TVBD network or device is actively transmitting in a band. Total occupancy is the percentage of the time that a TVBD network or device and its neighbours are actively transmitting in a band. Desired occupancy is the percentage of the time that a TVBD network or device should be actively transmit to achieve its desired or higher throughput. Junyi Wang, NICT

January 2012 CID 98 Comment: There is no indication of how long the channels are available. Add to payloads of AvailableChannels_Response and AvailableChannels_Announcement messages below parameters availableStartTime GeneralizedTime, Optional availableDuration REAL, Optional Junyi Wang, NICT
