July 2010 Comments To be Resolved Radio Specification #1310 Comment: Add comment to indicate that radio specifications may be superseded or values as required by the relevant regulatory authority Proposed Resolution: Accept in Principle Steve Jillings (Semtech)

3 Comments To be Resolved
July 2010 Comments To be Resolved Radio Specification #1310 (continued) Proposed Resolution: Add the following paragraph to the end of MR-FSK radio specification (6.12a4): It is the responsibility of the implementer to verify and ensure that the device is in compliance with all regulatory requirements in the geographic region where the device is deployed or sold. Conformance with this standard does not guarantee compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements which may apply. Steve Jillings (Semtech)

4 Comments To be Resolved
July 2010 Comments To be Resolved Radio Specification #1323 Comment: Provide a table with required sensitivity per data rate. Coded and uncoded Proposed Resolution: Accept in Principle Add comment at end of 6.12a.5 If FEC is implemented, the value of S0 shall be -84 dBm Steve Jillings (Semtech)

July 2010 Comments To be Resolved Radio Specification #1308, 1311, 1369 Comments: Relating to Radio Specification Table (Table 75f in the draft standard) Proposed Resolution: To be covered by document xxxx-xx-004g (Siebert et al) Steve Jillings (Semtech)

7 Proposed Resolution: Channel Switch Time Definition
July 2010 Proposed Resolution: Channel Switch Time Definition Channel switch time is a transmitter parameter and is defined as the time taken for a transmitter on channel A to exit that channel and the time to enter channel B and be ready to transmit on that channel, both of which are co-resident in a single band defined in Table 1 The channel switching time shall be < 500s Steve Jillings (Semtech)
