Comment: Antennagain cannot be specified by one value,
Change ASN.1 definition of “antennagain” into Antennagain in line 12 of page 35, and line 52 of page 77 and define the Antennagain as follows;

theta integer,
phi integer,
gain real}
Theta is elevation angle from local horizon in degrees in the range of [-90 (ground) 90 (zenith)], Phi is azimuth angle from true north in degrees in the range [0 359 ] (0 equals north, 90 equals west, 180 equals south, 270 equals east), gain is in dBi.

Occupancy is the duty cycle in percentage that a network occupies a channel.
Total occupancy is the duty cycle in percentage a channel is occupied by a network and its neighbors.
Add the following description in Table 29 and Table 71
Desired occupancy is the occupancy required by a network to achieve its target throughput.
