Does this rule prohibit the access of CDIS or CM to FCC database? On the other hand, device manufacturer can provide a system that pushes information from the database to TVBDs. It cannot provide channel list to other TVBDs whose FCC identifier is not verified by the database. Does this limit CE’s to provide available channel information to CM’s?
