Why are we meeting today? To review the RULES! There will be consequences for breaking the rules.

Rules / Structure = Safety REPORT ALL SAFETY CONCERNS / ISSUES TO SCHOOL STAFF IMMEDIATELY WE CAN’T FIX A PROBLEM IF WE DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT

RESPECT BE KIND!!! Examples of RESPECT at Paul Hadley *Following directions the first time the directions are given *Saying “Thank You” *Helping a student pick up dropped papers *Sitting quietly during a test *Doing your work *Greeting your teacher or friend *Ask for help *Walking in the halls *Obeying the rules (put phones away, do not talk back, STAY OFF of Social Media BE KIND!!!

Hands OFF! STUDENTS NEED TO KEEP THEIR HANDS AND FEET, ETC. TO THEMSELVES! We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for violence, bullying, harassment, etc. BE KIND!!!!!!

Dress Code Hoods Down Holes, rips or tears in pants MUST be knee or below or have leggings under the jeans. All skirts or shorts MUST be knee length or longer or wear leggings. The appropriateness of student dress at school will be determined by the administration.

Backpacks Students may use book bags to transport items to and from school. Students must keep book bags in their lockers. You may NOT take your backpacks to 7th period. No book bags in the halls or classrooms.

Ear Buds We realize that you may have ear buds but they MUST be out of sight. Put them in your binder, pocket, or laptop case.

Cell Phones Out of Sight Put them AWAY!! You should not have them out in the halls, classrooms, or the café. If you record or post something from school, you may have disciplinary consequences.

Social Media You should NEVER be on social media during school time! STAY off of Snapchat!!! Some of you are letting social media ruin your friendships and relationships with others!

CAFÉ EXPECTATIONS Drinks and food may NOT leave the café. Throw away your trash/Pick up your mess Raise your hand before getting out of your seat for any reason Remain seated during the entire lunch period Wait to be dismissed by an adult Push in your chair Drinks and food may NOT leave the café.

LOCKERS DON’T SHARE COMBINATIONS! DON’T KEEP ANYTHING IN YOUR LOCKER THAT IS NOT YOURS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT IS IN YOUR LOCKER! WATCH YOUR FINGERS!

Missing Work You MUST complete your work! You are here to get an education! Do not cheat yourself! Academic Friday School

WE are here to HELP!!!! If you have a problem, let a staff member help you solve it! If you have missing work, let us help make a plan to get it turned in. We want you to SUCCEED!
