Intro to Ecology

Ecology is the study of living organisms and their environment. What is ecology? Ecology is the study of living organisms and their environment. An environment consists of TWO parts: BIOTIC factors ABIOTIC factors

Biotic Factors Biotic factors are all living and once living. Trees Fish Humans Wood Deer

Abiotic Factors Abiotic factors include non-living physical and chemical factors. weather energy sunlight water soil temperature

Ecosystem An ecosystem includes all biotic and abiotic factors in one particular environment. List 3 biotic factors in the picture. List 3 abiotic factors in the picture.
