Monthly First Degrees Welcome Candidates Recruiters are motivated to recruit when ceremonials are scheduled and communicated – to assure attendance of candidates, plan a yearly degree schedule, modify as necessary Promote use of First Degree Ceremonial Video Production for candidates with difficult time schedules

How many Ceremonials should be the goal of your jurisdiction? Lets do the math! A = Your Membership Recruitment Goal B = Your jurisdiction’s average intake per admission degree A ÷ B = D Degrees needed to schedule to meet your goal How many degrees are needed per month? D ÷ 12 (e.g.) = degrees per month How many degrees are needed per district? D ÷ # Districts = degrees per district How Many degrees are needed per council? D ÷ # Councils = degrees per council

Follow Degree Protocols and create a lasting impression and retain members for life Make it easy for each prospective member to join his council at his council with his brother knights Start on time Ceremonials, should welcome candidates Get “new members” engaged in the Charity that Evangelizes and keep them as members for life
