Confidentiality Confidentiality helps ensure success Between Work It Well & client Release of information Exceptions Maintaining a confidential service is the key to the EAP’s success. Employees must be assured that any communication they have with the EAP will remain confidential. In most cases, this is true. In the case of a Employee referral, limited information about an employees participation in the program may be provided to the supervisor. Confidentiality may not be maintained in cases of child or elder abuse, or in threats of suicide or homicide. Work It Well Employee Orientation

What’s the Cost? Free Easy to use Employer sponsored benefits Coordination with health benefits The company pays for the EAP service, so there is no cost to the employee or their family member. If the caller is dealing with a long-term issue, the counselor will coordinate longer-term treatment with a provider in the employee’s health benefit plan, or with a low cost or free community resource.
