Recommendation format Strategic Line: Recommendation 1: to promote access to information about disaster risk at community level ( new activity, place at first place) Recommendation 2: to promote disaster preparedness at all levels: from individual, to community, local, national and regional level (new activity) Recommendation 3: identification of technical capacities to of member econcomies in preparedness and response, particularly related to technoloy, training, and related human and material resource development for promotion of new projects. (rephrasing for former first activity) Recommendation 4: to promote mutual assistance in emergency response among APEC economies (new phrase, split from fourth activity, that is suggested to be changed) Recommendation 5: to promote exchanges of good practices and lessons learned (split from fourth activity)
