physical symptoms of anxiety : muscle tension fidgeting headache problem with sleep nausea dizziness sweaty increase heart rate increase blood pressure N.B: using of defense mechanism to decrease discomfort

* types of coping toward anxiety ; 1- physical ; face the problem Physical exercise ( anaerobic ) Flight from place Running away Yoga exercise 2- intellectual : Smiling ,meditation 3- spiritual : religious as praying 4- emotional crying

PTSD: previous experience to trauma Intense fear Helplessness Flashback of the events Anxiety Depression Nightmares Need ( social,psychological,emotional,& pharmacological support )
