Well-Being & Success

Well-being or Wellness Feeling healthy, happy, content and in control of your life. Overall goal is to achieve balance between the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects of health.

Physical Well-being Being physically healthy and free from pain and illness. Your body’s ability to meet the demands of daily life. A state of optimum fitness and health.

Social Well-being Getting along well with other people and having a strong sense of personal identity. Feeling comfortable with others and having some satisfying relationships with people that care about you.

Emotional Well-being Feeling positive and happy most of the time about who you are and what you do. No excess of negative emotions such as anger or depression. The ability to cope effectively and handle problems and stress in daily life.

Intellectual Well-being Being mentally stimulated by learning, processing and acting on information. The ways you think and learn, and the information you gather and use reflect your intellectual well-being.

Spiritual Well-Being Clarifying your beliefs, morals and values and living your life accordingly. Bringing your thoughts and actions in line with what you value and believe, and finding purpose in life.

Success Achieving well being on ALL levels.
